Established in 2011, MGCS-Genus is a wholly Australian-owned company leading the way in railway signalling, electrical, OHLE, rail utilities and track infrastructure. In partnership with our clients, our team has delivered rail infrastructure programs exceeding $7 billion across Australia.
MGCS-Genus purchased Rhomberg WA’s bespoke OHLE capability 2024. Furthermore, the acquisition in 2025 by ASX-listed GenusPlus Group to provide a diversity of service offering.
Backed by over 400 years’ combined rail experience within the MGCS-Genus leadership team, we understand Australia’s rail operating environment, safety culture and performance expectations, because we’ve delivered within them, across all networks.
Our integrated project team provides fully in-house, end-to-end capability across Signalling, Communications, OHLE, and Track; from constructability advice, detailed design, and complete construction through to testing and commissioning.
